You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Ensuring account information is accurate and up-to-date • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access We reserve the right to disable accounts that violate these terms.

You must not: • Misuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our systems • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights • Use Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network • Interfere with other users' enjoyment of Services

All rights, title, and interest in: • Software, platforms, and applications • Dashboard designs and user interfaces • Logos, trademarks, and brand elements • Documentation and technical materials belong exclusively to Headman Labs Pvt Ltd or its licensors. No rights are transferred except as expressly granted.

• Fees are as per agreed subscription plans • Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt • Non-payment may result in service suspension

Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" • Maintenance may cause temporary unavailability • Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months • We are not liable for data loss or corruption • No liability for third-party services or integrations • Force majeure events are excluded from liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Headman Labs Pvt Ltd, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: • Your use of Services • Your violation of these Terms • Your infringement of third-party rights • Any unauthorized access using your credentials

We may suspend or terminate access for: • Violation of these Terms • Non-payment of fees • Illegal or fraudulent activities • Threats to system security • Extended periods of account inactivity Upon termination, your right to use Services ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.
